Safe effects of changes

 

People are responsible for the bulk of the effects that comes from changes. The truth is, that the correct behavior for the proper solution, will determine whether the decision should be seen as money in the bank or not. A newly implemented technical environment will get elusive effects, unless users (often employees) stand behind the investment, doing things the right way and accept the new as natural.

Increase sales

 

It is rare that automatic processes or new products, by themselves, increase sales. An employee who accepts, and enthusi-astically carries out work for new sales-targets, performs better and contribute much more, increasing revenue as a result. When sales organizations interact together with other departments, it tends to result in a sharp improvement in earnings. This is also Performance Management.
